Quickie Outfits: Cozy Winter

Just a quick outfit, perfect for a cold winter day! This outfit follows my winter philosophy perfectly. I kid you not, this is all I wear in the winter: leggings, a long sweater and a pair of boots.

25 Days of Christmas Fashion

Day Two: Elf
The best way to spread Christmas cheer, is singing loud for all to hear.

Jeans | Sweater | Boots | Hat | Bracelet | Purse | Nail Polish

Elf! It’s one of my favourite Christmas movies and a definitely an instant classic. For this outfit, I wanted to bring in inspiration from Buddy the Elf’s yellow pants. I paired it with a grey sweater to balance off the bright colour of the jeans. Too add a bit of green in the outfit, I used little hints off it in the purse and the nail polish. And of course, Buddy needs a hat to top it all off!

25 Days of Christmas Fashion

Day One: It’s Beginning to look a lot like Christmas.
It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas  soon the bells will start and the thing that will make them ring is the carol that you sing right within your heart.

For Christmas, I’m going to be counting down to Christmas with a holiday inspired outfit each day! This one was supposed to be posted yesterday but I had been out all day long and didn’t get around to it.

Dress | Leggings | Scarf | Purse | Boots | Ring

For this outfit, I wanted to keep it subtle. It’s only the start of December, you don’t want to be busting out the ugly Christmas sweater just yet! So I started with a pretty stripped dress and paired it with leggings. Just by adding pops of red in the scarf the the sparkly nails, it’s turned into a bit more of a Christmas outfit. The bow-tie ring tops it off, looking like the bow on a present.

From Day to Night: Little Black Dress

I’m going to be starting a new series for this blog! I’ll be picking out one versatile  beautiful piece of clothing or a current trend and showing you how you can easily transition it from a look for day into a look for going out at night.

First up is the classic little black dress. For the day, wear it with leggings, a warm cardigan and a cozy scarf. Flat ankle boots and a cute pair of glasses add a quirky charm while still keeping it casual. Wear hair in an easy ‘sock’ bun.

Dress | Cardigan | Scarf | Tights | Boots | Glasses | Watch

For an easy transition into night, grab a leopard print clutch with a matching blazer. The blazer is a great way to keep you covered up and warm while still looking classy and a little bit more fancy. Pair with some beautiful high-heeled boots and you can even keep the tights on to stay warm if it’s really cold out. When you take your hair out of the bun, you should have beautiful waves in your hair!
